How do you link pages internally (inside the template)?
E.g. a custom pageType such as ‘Company’?

To link internal pages within a template you will need to do the following:

    Home / Index: <a href="/">Home</a>

    Internal Page: <a href="/company">Company</a>

External Page (as normal): <a href="http://www.basekit.com">BaseKit</a>

    Sub-page (Folder): <a href="/folder/page">Page</a>

    Hope that helps!

    Hi Dave,

Can you create an external link from the site's navigation? If so, how is this possible.

i.e. I need to create external links from the navigation (as have a site with another site running off a subdomain).

    Thanks.

    Pete

Hi @peteping, I'm afraid you can't add external links into the navigation within the BaseKit editor. You'll need to add them in with a content widget or by adding them into the template.
